All of our puppies are sold on a restricted contract, meaning they are not to be bred from and not to be rehomed; instead returned to us and must be spayed/neutered by 24 months old.

Our contract covers the following:

• Deposit, Payment of Purchase Price, Fees

• Health Guarantee

• Limitation of Guarantee

• Open Door Policy

• Vaccination Limitations

• Bill of Sale

• Pet companion and no breeding rights

• Provide written proof of spay/neuter to Breeder on or before the date the puppy turns 24 months of age
